Article I - Section 7
The Department Adjutant shall distribute meeting minutes to all Department Executive Committee members within 30 days of the meetings conclusion. Minutes must be reviewed and ratified at the next regularly scheduled Department Executive Committee Meeting. Decisions made during meeting with unratified minutes shall be provisional until ratification.
